Bride Complains Of Her Wedding Dress Then Company Points Out That It’s Inside Out

Before you complain and nag about something you bought online, you have to be sure that you have checked and double-checked all possible reasons for it to go wrong. Even though COVID-19 has delayed a lot of events and happenings for the past two years, weddings go on. And there’s nothing more exciting for brides than to go dress shopping.

And as expected, shopping for a wedding dress these days can be a hassle since it can only be done online. Even though many establishments are now opening their doors to customers, there are people who still prefer to do their shopping online.

Gone are the days when you have to schedule an appointment at a dress shop and try on the dresses that you like.

These days, you can just select from an inventory of beautiful wedding dresses of a designer or a seller, add it to your cart, pay, and wait for the dress to arrive at your preferred address.

Deux Aubrey was so excited to try on the wedding gown she purchased online. However, she was surprised to find that the dress she received was nothing like the one that she ordered from the online store. She said that it looked ‘different’ on her.

Deux was furious after seeing how she looked in the dress. To her disappointment, she wrote an angry letter to the company where she bought her dress. She expressed her displeasure with the way they were marketing their dresses. To prove her point, she included all kinds of evidence to her letter including photos to back up her claims.

And when the company did get back to her, she was in for a huge embarrassment. She was informed that she was actually wearing her dress inside-out!

Because she is the type of person who has a sense of humor, Deux decided to share this innocent mistake with others thinking that it would not only be entertaining, but also a lesson for others.

So she went on Facebook to tell her story…

She wrote: “Who knew that they shipped wedding dresses inside out? The dress about turned out beautiful.” She adds, “Sometimes, it doesn’t matter how much school we put behind us…we’re still going to lack common sense, like how to put clothes on properly.”

According to her, the reason why she didn’t notice that the dress was inside out is actually because she was so sleep deprived from working 16-24 hour shifts. She was also going through finals week.

She further explained: “I have no idea about fashion or shipping measures for formal dresses. I wear scrubs and tactical boots for a living. No, I am not a natural blonde but it fits the bill on this one. Hoping other brides can read this and not panic or get upset when their dress arrives in the mail.”

To conclude her post, she said: “I’m glad you could join us with a light heart and laugh with us forever. May your wedding ‘disasters’ be simple fixes or at least one day hysterical in retrospect too.”

COVID-19 has brought so much sadness and pain to everyone in the world. Hearing hilarious stories like this can surely make your day. Thankfully, her wedding was not ruined because of the dress.
