A Surprise Guest
Dennis Russell took a photo of her 94 year old grandmother before her death in the year 2000 when the family went out for a picnic at her grandmother’s new nursing home. It was the same year 2000 that their grandmother died that Dennis Russell’s family stumbled across the picture they took two years earlier at the picnic, on a closer look at the image they noticed a man standing behind their grandma and the man was no one other than their grandpa who passed away in 1984 sixteen years before their grandma passed away. Knowing that his dear wife’s death was near he probably was watching over her perhaps in anticipation of getting reunited in the afterlife.
An Unexpected Passenger
There is something scary about grave yards, being the abode of the dead people easily think they are a hotbed for ghosts this may be unconnected to the fact that most horror movies have one thing or the other to do with graveyards. On March 22, 1959, Mabel Chinnery and her husband visited a graveyard in Suffolk, England to visit her mother’s grave seven days after she was buried in order to see how the plot was doing and also to take some cool pictures.
After taking the pictures at the graveyard she was returning to her husband who was in the car when she noticed that she still had a photo left in the roll, so she snapped her husband who was waiting alone in the car.
After developing the photographs they noticed that her husband was not alone while waiting in the car the camera actually captured someone in the backseat of the car waiting, they had a hard time figuring who that person was, Mabel believed the person to be her dead mother. The picture has ever since been reviewed severally by critics with no one coming with an answer that could end all questions about the picture.
A Sneaky Mechanic
When Freddy Jackson a mechanic in the Royal Air force during World War 1 was killed when an airpIane propeller hit him in a freak accident his unit thought they wouldn’t see him again but after his funeral two days later his unit assembled to take a group photograph and when the picture came out Freddy’s ghost appeared. The picture still remains one of the most mysterious and creepy pictures ever taken.
A Noble Woman.
While documenting 17th century Raynham Hall in Norfolk, England for Country Life magazine a photographer was setting his shot when his assistant saw what looked like a veiled woman walking down the stairs although the photographer couldn’t see what his assistant saw he snapped the picture. After developing the picture the photographer finally saw what his assistant was talking about and it was no other than the ghost of a lady named Dorothy Townsend who died of smallpox in 1726.
A Lonely Maid
In 1996 Rev. Ralph Hardy was touring the Queen’s House at the National Maritime Museum in Greenwich, England when he took the photo of a winding staircase, known as tulip staircase. He only realized the paranormal image in the picture while showing it to a friend, the picture has ever since became a subject of debate with many speculating that the paranormal image in the picture is a maid who died on the stairs over 300 years ago.
