Here’s a shopping trip with a twist.

I can still vividly recall those days when I could just go out shopping all by myself or in the company of some of my closest friends. In truth, those were some of the most fun times I can remember. We’d try new things on, buy the kind of groceries that we le and just make awesome dishes with them as well.

However, things have kind of changed now. We are all moms, so we don’t really enjoy shopping as we used to, considering the number of other things that we still have to do.

Why?

Because shopping is something that a lot of us now have to do with our kids, and the experience is usually quite stressful for them. So, we will need to get done with the whole thing really quickly, or the kids begin to start throwing tantrums. It’s quite understandable; kids don’t really find it fun when they have to walk around aisles without touching or playing with anything.

A mother named Stefanie is definitely aware of the kind of troubles that young children can make when at the store, so she wasn’t particularly looking forward to the trip.
She needed to get some stuff, so they stopped at Target. While she was there, she felt it would be nice if she could get her little daughter, Evallyn, some things that she liked. Needless to say, she had quite a lot of fun while her mother was buying her some dolls. However, when mommy turned over to the products that she needed, Evallyn became restless and as getting bored.

Her mother was trying her possible best to get everything from her shopping list as fast as she could so that they could be done and just head home. Then, just as this woman was convinced that this would be another terrible shopping trip, something amazing happened.

One of the employees at the store could see that Stefanie needed some help, so she stepped in and tried to entertain the little Evallyn. She got the young girl’s attention by inviting her to participate in a dance-off. Knowing that kids can gee ally competitive, this was the best plan A.J could come up with.

Evallyn and A.J burst out some crazy dance moves, and it was obvious that they were having so much fun doing this. Some customers would stop by and watch as the two of them danced, and every single person thought that this was a really sweet thing.

As soon as the dancing competition was over, A.J asked the little girl if she still had another round left in her. Needless to say, Evallyn was more than happy to show off her incredible dancing skills once again.

The kind gesture showed by the employee really amazed Stefanie. She wasn’t even able to finish her shopping because this was something that was just too good to miss. So, she just stood there by the cart because she knew she just had to film the entire thing.

What was supposed to be another tedious trip to the mall turned out to be an experience that this mother and her daughter won’t be forgetting for a long time. It might be dancing with a stranger, but these types of interactions can have strong impacts on kids.

It really is nice to hear stories like this where strangers make someone’s day.
