Mom Brings Baby On Plane And Hands Out Bags To The Other Passengers
Traveling by plane will always come with a surprise. It can be a packed flight and you end up sitting next to a ‘not-so-friendly’ seatmate. Or maybe, someone brought their baby with them and he won’t stop crying. A delayed flight is another issue that you hope you will not experience. If these times can be difficult for you, imagine how hard it could be for a parent who is bringing their children onboard. Once you are on board, you know that the situation can get difficult.
If you are a mom or a dad and you love to travel, you would want to bring your kids with you. But you know too well that traveling with babies is not easy, especially if you are on your own with your little one. Still, if you are given the opportunity, you will never pass up the chance to do so. You would want your child to feel as comfortable and entertained as possible all throughout the flight to avoid annoying and disturbing other tired passengers.
When this mom got on board a flight with her 4-month-old baby, she was concerned for the worst to happen. She can already feel that her baby would annoy other passengers. So before it happens, she had an idea.
The mom gave out bags with goodies to other passengers and everyone on board loved it!
Dave Corona was on a flight from Seoul, Korea to San Francisco, the USA on February 12th. He is facing a 10-hour flight and he can already see that there are so many passengers on board. He also noticed a tiny baby with his mom. Upon seeing them, he already knew that he should hope for the worst for 10 long hours. In fact, he probably isn’t the only one who thought of something crazy would happen while onboard.
What the mom did was very thoughtful. She handed each passenger a bag. When the passengers checked what’s inside, it was some Korean candies and a pair of earplugs. The goody-bag also came with a note that says:
“Hello, I’m Junwoo and I’m 4 months old. Today I’m going to the U.S. with my mom and grandma to see my aunt. I’m a little bit nervous and scary because it’s my first flight in my life, which means that I may cry or make too much noise. I will try to go quiet, though I can’t make any promises. Please excuse me. So my mom prepared little goodie bags for you! It has some candies and earplugs. Please it when it’s too noisy because of me. Enjoy your trip. Thank you. ”
Everyone was surprised by what the mother did. She made sure that everyone is taken care of the moment she got on that flight with her small baby.
Dave is a cameraman for a television station in San Francisco so he made sure that he captures everything that happens that day. He took pictures of the goodie-bag and uploaded them on Facebook. His pictures instantly went viral!
The moral of this experience is that, sometimes, it is also good to hope for the best. Babies are innocent and they get scared and confused. Some adults find it uncomfortable to be on a plane thousands of miles up in the air, how much more for a tiny baby like Junwoo?
